J&K Shia Ulema Council condemns violation of Parachinar Peace Agreement

The Jammu and Kashmir Shia Ulema Council has issued a statement expressing concern over the continued terrorist operations and oppression against the defenseless people in Parachinar region and calling on the Pakistani government to take a firm stance against the Takfiri groups.

Hawzah News Agency- the senior spokesperson of the Jammu and Kashmir Shia Ulema Council Hujjat al-Islam Muhammad Kausar Jafari has issued a statement declaring that the council deeply regrets and strongly condemns the oppression against the people of Parachinar region and the serious violation of human rights, and calls on the Pakistani government to immediately take strong action against the Takfiri terrorists to fulfill its responsibility to ensure justice and security for the oppressed people of Parachinar.

The senior spokesperson of the council added in his statement,” The oppression against the defenseless people of Parachinar is intolerable. Preventing the sending of relief aid and keeping people in conditions of starvation and dehydration is an inhuman and cruel act that is absolutely unacceptable. These atrocities are part of an organized conspiracy and seem to be aimed at creating unrest and instability in the region.”

The senior spokesperson of the Jammu and Kashmir Shia Ulema Council further addressed the Pakistani government, saying,” The Pakistani government must stop supporting terrorists and immediately end the ongoing atrocities in Parachinar region to ensure the delivery of relief aid to the people.”

The statement continued,” Terrorist elements must be dealt with seriously and their perpetrators must be brought to justice; Serious and effective measures must be taken to restore security and stability in the region.”

It is worth noting that a few days ago, an agreement was signed to end terrorist atrocities in Parachinar, which was violated by Takfiri terrorists and a humanitarian aid convoy, including food and medicine, that was moving towards Parachinar was severely attacked, resulting in dozens of injuries.
